Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If your order is damaged or even lost by the carrier, please inform us by e-mail as soon as possible and we will investigate and do our utmost to resolve the situation. If the carrier has in fact lost the order, then we will send a replacement within 3 working days ( 1 week for custom products)

In the unlikely event the you are not satisfied with the quality of our products then we offer a full refund upon return of the item. Or alternatively we can send a replacement item out to you ASAP. As ALL of our products are bespoke and handmade, we cannot offer refunds unless an item is faulty.

With reference to custom made products, we cannot accept responsibility for errors in design after previous acceptance by the customer.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
