Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. Yes, we ship worldwide

Q. How long does the whole process take?

A. All our products are made from scratch. On average, an order takes 2 weeks to manufacture, then 3-5 working days shipping for UK, 5-7 working days international.

Q. What makes your products different to other competitors?

A. All our products are made with the purest of recycled metals. These signs are not mass produced from a production line, each one is hand made and of the highest quality.

Q. Can I amend/cancel my order once the order has been accepted?

A. Yes! Any cancellations or amendments please contact us as soon as possible before we start the manufacturing of your order. Unfortunately once we start your order we cannot make any amendments.

Q. Do you offer refunds on orders? 

A. Any damaged/defects on your item we can offer a full refund (minus postage) on the return of your item. If you are not completely satisfied with your item, we can offer a full refund (minus postage) on the return of your item within 14 days of receiving your order. 

Q. What if I want a sign that I haven’t seen on your website?

A. All plaques are fully customisable. We can make plaques to suit your budgets, sizes and shapes. We also have lots of finishes to choose from.

Q. Do your signs tarnish? 

A. We use the most durable materials for our signs. Aluminium will not tarnish, the polish will fade naturally but can always be repolished. Also , our bronze is aluminium bronze, which is extremely weatherproof. Of course it will tarnish slightly over time but again this can be polished and buffed up with a cloth.
